At Lace & Lush, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Returned with all tags and hygiene protections intact
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed as quickly as possible.
