Order delivered but not received?Updated a month ago

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, we recommend taking the following steps first:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, or safe delivery locations

  • Ask neighbors, household members, or reception if the parcel was accepted on your behalf

  • Contact your local courier for additional delivery details or GPS confirmation

Please note:

  • Some carriers mark parcels as delivered before final drop-off

  • We recommend allowing up to 24 hours for the parcel to arrive
