Order delivered but not received?Updated a month ago
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, we recommend taking the following steps first:
Check around your property, mailbox, or safe delivery locations
Ask neighbors, household members, or reception if the parcel was accepted on your behalf
Contact your local courier for additional delivery details or GPS confirmation
Please note:
Some carriers mark parcels as delivered before final drop-off
We recommend allowing up to 24 hours for the parcel to arrive
