My tracking shows no updateUpdated a month ago

Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been shipped and scanned by the courier.

During international transit, tracking may occasionally pause while the parcel moves between facilities or clears customs. This is normal and updates usually resume automatically.

Please note:

  • Temporary tracking pauses are common during transit

  • Your parcel may still be moving even if no new scans appear

  • Tracking delays do not always indicate a lost shipment
