Once your return arrives at the Lace & Lush warehouse, it will be carefully inspected and processed.

You can use your return tracking number to confirm when your parcel has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

After your return has been reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you by email once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. During busy periods or international processing, refunds may occasionally take slightly longer to reflect.
